Foam Mattress

We are getting a new mattress and I would like ideas on ways to reuse our old 3 piece Foam Mattress. I hate to just throw it away, so any ideas on crafts, etc would be appreciated.

You can cut it up, cover with material and use it for bench or chair cushions. Can be used indoor or outdoor with right fabric. If you're really crafty, you can make a headboard by attaching to plywood with a staplegun and cover with material, get some brass tacks, tufting, etc and have fun. Then hang on wall. You can do the same in smaller size for a picture frame.
