If you are looking for durability latex is better than memory foam. Plus there are to many variables here. Density, Ild, Thickness etc.
Comfort is suggestive to the buyer. Trust that little voice in your head telling you which one feels better and supports you best.
Price?
What are you looking for out of a mattress? Don’t let a bunch of people pick a mattress for you unless you would let them buy clothes for you without knowing anything about you. I am pretty sure you will disappointed with your purchase.

I have various bone related problem, so i bought myself an orthopedic mattress.. BIG mistake. I thought they would be soft on my bones, i was so wrong. I had to sleep on my pillows for the first night, the mattress was rock hard and made my hips hurt 10 times more! So the next day i bought a memory foam topper for it and another duvet. I put the duvet on first and then the topper. I have such a comfy bed now! It doesn’t hurt my bones at all.
I would say either a ‘normal’ mattress with a memory foam topper or a complete memory foam mattress.

The only complaint I have heard about the temperpedic mattress, is some people can not get out of them. My mattress is very hard and it is like sleeping on the floor. Go to a store where they will let you lie on the mattress for a short time. This ia a personal preference, so you may need to try several mattress out before making a decision.

Mattress selection depend a lot on personal preferences. It is a little more difficult to pick a mattress if you are married because each individual has a different idea of what is comfortable. I like a firm mattress and my spouse likes a mattress that is not as firm. We finally selected a firm mattress and then put a 3" foam top on it. We went to the store and tried all of the mattresses by laying on them.
Consumer Reports state that there more inquiries on mattresses than any other item except for cars.
