What is the best mattress topper to buy?
4" eggcrate, 4" latex or 4" memory foam.
Until your back bones are firm and mature it would do you best to settle only for 4′ latex. As soon as your backs are firm and good you should opt for 3"or 10cm eggcrate.None should at any circumstance go for a 4′ memory foam.

I can honestly recommend the Nikken mattress pad, it is recommended by the world chiropractic federation too. I have never slept so well as I do now that I have one. there are great sites on the web that will show you all about them. I suggest you find a local Nikken consultant and borrow one for a week to see how you like it. I will help if i can, if you need it. Just contact me if you do.
