What is the best way to cut a latex mattress?

I have a queen sized sheet of latex foam (talalay process, I think) and want to cut it to full size. What is the best way to do this and get the most clean cut?
Get an electric, serrated, meat carving knife. They are super cheesy but they cut through foam like nothing else.
what mattress should i choose - coir, foam, latex, spring etc?

If you don't have the electric knife, use a straight board and press down hard on the foam and cut with a sharp utility knife along the edge of the board.
