what mattress has best quality?

latex, foam, or spring.

Obviously this question is wide open because we don’t know what price point you are considering.
In what can be afforded by Mr. and Mrs. C I prefer all natural latex Dunlop or Talalay. Not the ones with fillers or blends like 70/30 polyurethane foam etc.
I like OMI, Land and Sky, Green Sleep

Good Memory Foam that breathes with good base foam. Tempurpedic is the best but there are very good knock offs like Isotonic and Ecomfort.

Coil Spring mattresses I am not a big fan of. In general they do not hold up well. Good handmades do but they are ridiculously expensive.

This is a question only you can answer. Mattresses are personal, and shouldn’t be purchased by someone not sleeping on it.

ALL manufacturers have different quality items. This is what shopping is for.
