Can I use a FULL sized comforter/sheet set on a queen bed?
I really like this bedding set:

But it only comes in a full!
I was planning on buying this bed:

with this Foam Mattress in queen:

It won’t fit properly, and you’ll end up tearing the fitted sheet since queens are 6′ wider than a full. Plus, you’ll discover that both the top sheet and the comforter may be a bit on the skimpy side.
What you CAN do, if you are desperate to have this set (!) is to buy a fitted Queen sheet in a coordinating color, then use the full top sheet, cases, and comforter from the set.

Hi, A full mattress is 54"x75" http://www.bestratedmattresses.com/queen-size-mattress-dimension.html The queen is 6" wider and 5" longer so none of the bedding will fit properly.
Get the right size as you will be happier with it in the long run. Hope this helps.

No the cut of a queen and full are different and the fitted sheet will not fit at all while the other pieces will look like your bed is wearing high waters.
