I bought a memory Foam Mattress that was kings size because I thought my foundation was a king as well….but I just realized its only a queen.Would I b able to still use my old foundation?I really don't want to cancel the order & I can't afford to get a foundation as well….Please help me out…What r my options???

You could use it, The sides of your king side bed might fall down, in the corners.
Try selling some stuff.

You could also try using would and making your foundation bigger….

How do you clean and disinfect a memory foam mattress?

You could do it but the mattress will likely hang off the sides a few inches.

You would probably void the warrenty on the product.

Note from the table that the width of Queen is 16 inches smaller.

    Mattress and Bed Size Dimensions
    Name Dimensions
    Twin Mattress 39" wide x 75" long
Twin XL Mattress 39" wide x 80" long
    Full Mattress 54" wide x 75" long
Full XL Mattress 54" wide x 80" long
    Queen Mattress 60" wide x 80" long
    Cal-King Mattress 72" wide x 84" long
    King Mattress 76" wide x 80" long

Below is where I pulled the chart from.

Despite previous answers, a Queen size is 60 inches and a King is either 76 inches or 78 inches ("California king"). Either way part of the mattress will stick over the Queen Box spring.

You can not do it safely. You can contact the manufacturer and see if it is possible to cut the mattress down to size. If you want the king bed, make sure you get a foundation that works with it. Put the mattress on the floor until you can afford it.
