Foam Mattress

i just bought something of off of ebay an i thought it was a memory Foam Mattress and it says its a visco elastic and memory foam topper?i dont know what that is

Pretty much one in the same. Memory foam is made from polyurethane with additional chemicals that add to its viscosity level, thereby increasing its density. It is often referred to as visco-elastic polyurethane foam.
